Premium Brand Oyster Sauce
Serves 2-3
What you need
• 4 large King prawns ( approx 100g each including head and tail)
• 10g chopped spring onions
• 10g chopped garlic
• 2tbsps Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean sauce
• 2tbsps Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
• 1tbsp butter
• 1tbsp white wine
What you do
• Trim and slit the back of the prawns to devein and set aside on kitchen paper
• Blend the sauce mix with chopped spring onions and garlic and then evenly fill each prawn
• Bake at 180 for 8-10minutes and serve immediately
